شَنِفٌ

Hating, (S, O, K,) and meeting in a morose manner. (K.) IB cites, as an example,

وَلَنْ تُدَاوِى عِلَّةَ القَلْبِ الشَّنِفْ

[And thou will not cure the hating heart]. (TA.)
