أَفْخٌ

, (L,) He, [or it] struck him, or hit him, [or hurt him,] on the part of his head called the يَأْفُوخ. (A'Obeyd, S, L, Msb, K.) He who pronounces يافوخ without ء says يَفَخَهُ. (Msb.)
