He put it in hisضِبْن, (S, K, TA,) or on hisضِبْن; (TA;) or he took it beneath hisضِبْن, i. e. hisحِضْن [or the part between his armpit and flank]: (A'Obeyd, TA:) and ↓اضطبنهُ signifies the same. (S, K, TA.)
