عَاذِفٌ

[as act. particle n. of عَذَفَ should signify Eating: but see what here follows]. Ibn-'Abbád says, (O,) مَا زِلْتُ عَاذِفًا مُنْذُ اليَوْمِ means I have not tasted anything [to-day]. (O, K.)
