The [rump-bone called] عُصْعُص (IAar, O, K) and قُحْقُح; both of which signify the same thing. (IAar, O. [But they are differently explained by different authors.]) See also عَكَدَةٌ, in two place. The plural is عُكَدٌ. (L.)
