رَجُلٌ مُحَذَّفُ الكَلَامِ

(tropical:) A man chastened, good, free from every fault, in respect of speech: and you say also مُحَذَّفَةُ الكلامِ; in which the ة is added to give intensiveness to the signification: the latter occurring in a tradition (TA.)
