تَطَأْمَنَ

تَطَامَنَ, without ء, and
اِطْمَأَنَّ also (see رَكَعَ)] He stooped, [bent himself down,] or lowered himself; synonym تَطَأْطَأَ. (S and TA in article طأ, &c.; and R and TA in the present article)

And (assumed tropical:) He was, or became, lowly, humble, or submissive; synonym خَضَعَ. (S and K in article خضع, &c.: in some copies of each written with, and in others without, ء.)
