بَلَاغَةٌ

i. q. فَصَاحَةٌ, [as meaning Eloquence; (see بَلُغَ, of which it is the verbal noun;)] (S, Msb, *) as also ↓ بِلَغْنٌ. (Seer, TA.)

And [the plural] بَلَاغَاتٌ Slanders, or calumnies. (S, K.)
