بَرِيصَةٌ

A certain small reptile (دَابَّةٌ صَغِيرَةٌ), smaller than the وَزَغَة; when it bites a thing, the latter is not cured. (M, TA.) [See also بُرْصٌ; and see سَامُّ أَبْرَصَ, voce أَبْرَصُ.]
