هَمَلَ

1.
, aorist هَمُلَ , verbal noun هَمَلاَنٌ; and اِنْهَمَلَ; It (water) overflowed, and poured forth. (Mgh.)
2.
تُهْمَلُ عَلَى رُوءُوسِهَا وَظَهُورِهَا; so in a copy of the K, voce وَسُوطٌ: in other copies of the K, تُحْمَلُ or يُحْمَلُ: if the first be correct, the meaning is probably Camels left without rein and without burden; and this is agreeable with the context.
