كَنْبَثَ

and ↓ تَكَنْبَثَ He became hard and strong: (L:) he became contracted; synonym تَقَبَّضَ: (K:) [apparently in disposition; see كُنْبُثٌ: or in make; the second verb being also explained in the L, with reference to a man, by the words تَدَاخَلَ بَعْضُهُ فِى بَعْضٍ].
