تماكسا

They acted in a niggardly, a tenacious, or an avaricious, manner, each with the other, in bargaining: (IDrd, K:) or تماكسوا فِى البَيْعِ they contended, one with another, [by outbidding or otherwise] in the sale. (MA.)
