مَلَّهُ

He put it (namely bread, or flesh-meat,) into hot ashes, [to bake, or roast]. (K, &c.)

مَلَّ الثَّوْبَ He sewed, or tacked, the garment, or piece of cloth, [slightly,] previously to the [stronger] sewing termed الكَفّ. (S.) See also شَلَّ.

مَلِلْتُهُ, & مَلِلْتُ عَنْهُ, I was avers from it; (T;) loathed it; was disgusted by it, with it, or at it; (T, S, K;) [was weary of it;] turned away from it with disgust. (T.) See سَيءِمَ.
4.
مَلَّ مَلاَلُكَ [May thy disgust pass away, or cease]: see أَضَلَّ اللّٰهُ ضَلَالَكَ.
