مِيرَة, i. e. طَعَام: (As [according to whom, as I find in the TA, the aorist is يَمُورُ, but this I suppose to be a mistranscription,] T, Mgh, Msb:) or he gave them
مِيرَة: (TA:) and
أَمَارَهُمْ signifies the same as مَارَهُمْ; (K;) and so لَهُمْ
امتار: (S, * M, K:) or you say, هُمْ يَمْتَارُونَ لِأَنْفُسِهِمْ

for themselves; (T;) and لِنَفْسِهِ
