أَنْبَجَانٌ

Dough that has become in a state of fermentation, and inflated, or swollen, (S, K,) and sour: (TA:) in some books written with خ; but heard from the Arabs with ج, according to Aboo-Sa'eed and Abu-l-Ghowth and others: (S:) there is no word like it except أَرْوَنَانٌ. (S, K.)
