سَحْفٌ

Fat, as a subst.: plural سِحَافٌ. (TA.) An Arab of the desert said, أَتَوْنَا بِصِحَافٍ فِيهَا لِحَامٌ وَسِحَافٌ They brought us bowls in which were sorts of flesh-meat and of fat. (IAar K, * TA.)
