وِشْبٌ

singular of أَوْشَابٌ, (K,) which is the same as أَوْبَاشٌ (S, K) and أَشْوَابٌ, (TA,) [but see this last word, in article شوب,] and signifies, A medley, or mixed multitude; (K;) or sundry, or separate sorts of people; (S;) and young men of the baser sort.
