وَلَاءٌ

Relationship: so in the phrase بَيْنَهُمَا وَلَاءٌ [Between them two is relationship]. (JM.)

Also used for أَصْحَابُ وَلَاءٍ: see a verse cited voce عَيْرٌ.

وَلَاءٌ The right to the inheritance of the property left by an emancipated slave.
