زَوَايءِدِىٌّ

[ a rel. n. from زَوَايءِدُ plural of زَايءِدَةٌ; and used, apparently, as meaning Having something redundant; for] Sa'eed Ibn-'Othmán was surnamed الزَّوَايءِدِىُّ because he had three بَيْضَات: so they assert. (S.)
