شِيْيءَةٌ

[Will, wish, or desire,] a subst. from شَاءَهُ, (Lh, K,) [and] so is ↓ مَشِيْيءَةٌ [which is mentioned in the K as a verbal noun]. (Msb.) One says, كُلُّ شَىْءٍ بِشِيْيءَةِ اللّٰهِ, (S, K,) i. e. ↓ بَمِشِيْيءَتِهِ [Everything is by the will of God]. (S.)
