مِيءْجَنَةٌ

[in Golius's Lex. مِيءْجَنٌ] The instrument for beating used by the قَصَّار [or whitener of cloth, in washing]: but better without ء, [written مِيجَنةٌ,] because the plural is مَوَاجِنُ; or, according to IB, the plural is مَاجِنُ. (TA.)
