أَثَاثِىُّ

i. q. أَثَافِىُّ, (K,) i. e. The [three] stones which are set up and upon which the cooking-pot is placed: the [second] ثis said to be a substitute for ف, and some hold the hemzeh to be augmentative. (TA.)
