عَطِينٌ

i. q. مَعْطُونٌ, q. v., applied to a skin. (K.)

And (hence, TA), as also ↓ عَطِينَةٌ, applied to a man, Stinking (K, TA) in the exterior of the skin: or the latter, blamed in respect of some foul affair. (TA.)
