عَدْفٌ

Also A small quantity of fodder, or provender. (L, K.)

And A small gift. (IF, O, K.) One says, أَصَبْنَا مِنْ مَالِهِ عَدْفًا [in the TA فى ماله] i. e. [We obtained from his property] a small gift. (IF, O.)
