عُوقٌ

1.
A man in whom, (O,) or with whom, (K,) is no good; (O, K;) as also عَوْقٌ; (K;) occurring in the saying of Ru-beh,
فِدَاكَ مِنْهُمْ كُلُّ عَوْقٍ أَصْلَدُ
[May every one of them in whom, or with whom, is no good, who is niggardly, be thy ransom]: (TA:) plural أَعْوَاقٌ. (K.)
