فِرَامَةٌ

The piece of rag which a woman bears [stuffed] in her vulva, or vagina: (AZ, T, K:) or her menstruating, and stuffing her vulva with a piece of rag; like ↓ فِرَامٌ [as explained above: see 3]. (K.)
