جَدَعَةٌ

What remains, of the nose, ear, hand or arm, or lip, after the cutting off [of the rest]: (S, K:) the place of the cutting off thereof; like عَرَجَةٌ from الأَعْرَجُ, and قَطَعَةٌ from الأَقْطَعُ. (TA.)
