, inf. n. كَلْتَبَةٌ, He acted as a pimp. (IAar.) See كَلْتَبَانٌ. [Freytag assigns to this verb the signification Dissimulations, astutia, usus est in rebus; as from the K, with the same inf. n.: but I do not find it in any copy of that work. See, however, the next para.]
