لِفْتٌ

1.
The half of a thing; synonym شقٌّ: and its side; synonym صِغْوٌ: (S, K;) i. e., جَانِبٌ. (TA.)

لَا تَلْتَفِتْ لِفْتَ فُلَانٍ Look not towards such a one. (S.)

A cow, or bull; synonym بَقَرَةٌ. (K.)
