التَّاءُ لِلنَّقْلِ or الهَاءُ لِلنَّقْلِ means لِلنَّقْلِ مِنَ الوَصْفِيَّةِ إِلَى الاِسْمِيَّةِ, i. e. The
ة that is added for the transference of a word from the category of epithets to that of substantives; as in خَلِيفَةٌ, according to some, and دَايءِرَةٌ.
