دُرٌّ مَنْثُورٌ

نَثِيرٌ, Pearls scattered, strewn, dispersed, or thrown dispersedly, with the hand. (A, * TA.) See also مُنْتَثِرٌ, and مُنَثَّرٌ. You say
كَأَنَّ لَفْظَهُ الدُّرُّ النَّثِيرُ [As though his speech were scattered pearls]. (A.)

لَهُ كَرِشٌ مَنْثُورَةٌ (tropical:) He has [numerous] young children. (A, article كرش.)

Also مَنْثُورٌ
A kind of sweet-smelling flower; (TA;) [the gilliflower: so called in the present day: see also خِيرِىٌّ.]
