نَوَّخَ اللّٰهُ الأَرْضَ طَرُوقَةً لِلْمَاءِ

(assumed tropical:) God made, or may God make, the land capable of receiving the water [of the rain so as to be impregnated, or fertilized, or soaked, thereby]: explained by جَعَلَهَا
مِمَّا تُطِيقُهُ. (S.)
