signifies إِتَّسَعَتْ: (TA, art. عرض:) and اِتَّسَعَتْ قِرْفَتُهُ signifies كَثُرَ مَنْ يَتَّهِمُهُ. (TA, art. لبس.) See voce عَرُضَ.
