And i. q.
فِصْفِصَةٌ, (S, M, O, Msb,) or إِسْفِسَتٌ, (Mgh, K,) both of which signify the same, i. e. A certain food, or fodder, of beasts, as is said in the Nh; (TA;) [a species of trefoil, or clover;] or (M, K) when dry: (M, Mgh, O, Msb:) accord. to Sb, a plural [or rather a coll. gen. n.], (M,) singular, or n. un., قَتَّةٌ, (T, S, M, O,) like as تَمْرَةٌ is of تَمْرٌ.
