ارتكهُ

He made him (namely, a camel,) to go in the manner explained above: (S, K:) or made him to go a quick pace. (TA.)

And ارتك الضَّحِكَ (assumed tropical:) He laughed languidly: (K:) and so أَرْتَأَ الضَّحِكَ. (TA.)
