مُرْزِغٌ

Rain that moistens the earth, or ground, exceeding the ordinary degree, but not flowing; opposed to مُسِيلٌ, “ that causes the valleys and water-courses (تِلَاع) to flow. ” (S, and Ham * p. 632.)
