سِجْدَةٌ

a subst. from سَجَدَ; (S;) A species, or sort, [or kind,] of سُجُود [as meaning prostration of oneself in prayer or the like]: so in the phrase سَجَدْتُ سِجْدَةً طَوِيلَةً [I performed a long kind of prostration of myself]. (Msb.)
