انثقب

It was, or became, perforated, bored, or pierced; and in like manner, [but properly, as quasi-pass. of 2, signifying it was, or became, perforated, &c., much or in many places,] تثقّب. (K.) You say, الجِلْدُ تثقّب The skin was, or became, pierced with holes by the [ticks called] حَلَم. (S, A.)
