You say, سِيمَاهُ بِالخَيْرِ مُوءْذِنَةٌ His impress notifies [or is indicative of] goodness. (TA.)

مُوءْذِنَاتٌ, signifying The women who notify, or announce, the times of festivity and rejoicing, [particularly on the occasions of weddings,] is a vulgar word. (TA.)
