ضَمَدٌ

A remainder, that is due to one, of a fine for blood, or of any other debt. (S, K.) One says, لَنَا عِنْدَ فُلَانٍ ضَمَدٌ A remainder of a fine for blood, or of another debt, is owed to us by such a one. (S.)
