Also The state, or condition, of not having with one any weapon; and so عُزْلٌ: (K, TA: [the latter, by reason of an ambiguity in the K, misunderstood by Freytag as synonym with عِزَالٌ in the sense in which this is explained in the CK:]) they are two dialect vars., like شَغَلٌ and شُغْلٌ, and بَخَلٌ and بُخْلٌ.
