طُوَّالٌ

Very, or exceedingly, tall; (S, O, K, TA;) applied to a man; as also, in the same sense, ↓ طُوَالٌ, (TA,) the latter having a stronger signification than طَوِيلٌ, [with which it is mentioned above as synonym,] (TA voce رَكِيكٌ,) or it denotes less than طُوَّالٌ; (O in article ظرف;) and so ↓ طُولَانِىٌّ and ↓ مُطَاوِلٌ, in the dialect of the vulgar: طُوَّالٌ has no broken plural, its plural being only طُوَّالُونَ: its feminine is with ة, and so is that of طُوَالٌ; each applied to a woman.
