بَهِيمَةٌ

[A beast; a brute;] any quadruped, (Akh, M, Msb, K,) even if in the water, (Akh, M, K,) [i. e.,] of the land and of the sea; (Msb;) and (so in the Msb, but in the K “or”) any animal that does not discriminate: (Zj, Msb, K:) plural بَهَايءِمُ. (S, Msb, K.)
