جِرِّيَّةٌ

The stomach, or triple stomach, or the crop, or craw, of a bird; synonym حَوْصَلَةٌ; (S, K;) as also جِرِّيْيءَةٌ [q. v.] (K) and قِرِّيَّةٌ. (AZ, TA.) You say, ألْقَاهُ فِى جِرِّيَّتِهِ, meaning, (tropical:) He ate it. (A, TA.) See also article جرى.
