قَبِيلَةٌ

A body of men from one father and mother: and
قَبِيلٌ, without ة, a body of men from several ancestors. (Az in TA, article سبط.)

قَبِيلَةٌ: see شَعْبٌ.

A mass of stone or rock at the mouth of a well. (K and TA voce عُقَابٌ, q. v.) See قَابِلٌ.
