[verbal noun of un. of 1; A single act of taking fire; &c. Hence the saying,] مَا زُرْتُكَ إِلَّا كَقَبْسَةِ
العَجْلَانِ [I did not visit thee save like the hasty person's single act of taking fire]. (TA.)
