رَاقُودٌ

A large vessel of the kind called دَنّ: (K:) or a vessel of the kind so called, (S, K,) or a vessel in form like the دَنّ, (JK,) resembling an إِرْدَبَّة, (S, A.) long in the lower part, (JK, S, K,) smeared inside with pitch: (S, A, K:) or an oblong earthen jar, smeared with pitch: (TA:) an arabicized word: (S:) plural رَوَاقِيدُ. And A certain fish, (JK, K,) small, (K,) of the size of the finger, and round; (JK;) found in the sea. (TA.)
