استهل

, of the measure اِفْتَعَلَ from السَّهْلُ, occurs in a tradition, where it is said, مَنْ كَذَبَ عَلَىَّ فَقَدِ اسْتَهَلَ مَكَانَهُ فِى جَهَنَّمَ, meaning [He who lies against me] takes for himself easily his place of abode in Hell. (TA.)
