سَرِقٌ

and ↓ سَرِقَةٌ [the former of which is said in the Mgh and K, and the latter in the K, to be a verbal noun, are also said to be] substs. from سَرَقَ, [as such signifying Theft,] as also ↓ سَرْقَةٌ, (O, K,) or ↓ سِرْقَةٌ. (Msb.)
