, (S, M, O, K,) first pers. سِفْتُهُ, (S, O, Msb, K, [in the CK, erroneously, سُفْتُهُ,]) aorist يَسِيفُ, (S, O, Msb, K,) verbal noun سَيْفٌ, (M,) He struck him, or smote him, with the سَيْف [or sword]; (S, M, O, Msb, K;) as also ↓ تسيّفهُ. (TA.)
